Tonga Tourism came to us with an exciting opportunity. With the launch of their bold new destination brand, they were ready for a website that could bring the spirit of the Friendly Islands to life and serve as a powerful conversion tool for tourism growth.
The objective was to create a digital experience that matched the energy of the new brand, showcased the unique personality of each island, and made it effortless for visitors to plan and book their trip.
With international interest rising, the goal was to build a website that could inspire, inform and convert, all while supporting Tonga’s long-term strategy to grow visitation.



The Solution & Results
We created a bespoke website that transforms the Tonga experience into an intuitive, inspiring journey for travellers. The focus was on making it easy to discover the destination, fall in love with it and then convert that interest into real bookings.
Key enhancements included:
- Integration with Trip Carver and Pocket Guide so visitors can browse and book accommodation and activity products directly on the site.
- Introduction of sample itineraries designed to move potential travellers through the five stages of travel, from dreaming through to booking.
- New categories under See & Do and Stay that make it simple for visitors to filter experiences by category or island, and help power future paid campaign activity.
- Dedicated island pages featuring maps, highlights and key things to do, showcasing the unique character of each island.
- A digital promotion was developed inviting visitors to enter and win a trip to Tonga, amplifying excitement and engagement.

Together, these features deliver a modern, brand-aligned site that not only elevates Tonga Tourism’s digital presence but also strengthens their ability to inspire, guide and convert potential visitors.
