- Balance: We value great work, but never at the cost of wellbeing. We support flexible working with a hybrid work environment and encourage our team to prioritise life outside of the laptop too. Our shared office space on Ponsonby Road has a great vibe for any of your in-office days!
- Celebration: Life’s too short not to celebrate. From project wins to birthdays, we love finding reasons to pause, connect and enjoy the journey. Our quarterly team event days are a highlight for T-Hawks, which can sometimes be a secret surprise or an even a wee bit challenging!
