AI ChatBot Implementation
Providing answers to those often asked questions before making a booking can be delivered 24/7 within your website using an AI-powered chatbot. For Kaiteriteri we have implemented a chatbot on the site lovingly called "Little Blue" - a friendly penguin to help guide website visitors to the information they need!
The chatbot is trained on the information and content on the website including blog articles and FAQs. This content allows the chatbot to answer typical questions that website visitors may have.
This chatbot solution provided by Jotform, can also be integrated with forms, so for Kaiteriteri we have included a tab to provide feedback within the chatbot - an easy and accessible way to hear from customers!
