The Challenge

Fiji Airways (previously known as Air Pacific) needed a team they could trust and could respond quickly to their rapidly expanding online needs. Competing against much larger airlines they had to quickly expand their ability to sell tickets easily and securely, support their Tabua Club frequent flyers and bring in value add products such as travel insurance.

The Solution

For over 5 years we’ve had a dedicated team supporting the airline around the clock and working closely with their in-house strategy teams on a daily basis. First we provided them with a user friendly CMS website so they could respond to customers’ needs more quickly and then set about the task of integrating multiple booking and payment systems across many different countries and time zones to ensure their customer can book a flight and visit Fiji as often as they want.
